Brands send tasks

Companies post tasks like "take 3 photos of this store", "check what beverages are on the shelf", "verify a price tag". Each task has a fee.

Example

"Take 3 photos of the front of a small shop on Nguyễn Huệ Street." The system locates the shop on the map and sends a notification to all Qubees within range. The first Qubee to accept gets the task. They have 60 minutes to walk to the shop, check in via the app (within 20 meters of the shop), take the photos, submit them, wait for AI quality approval, and receive payment. Total time: 15 minutes. Fee: 30,000 VND.

Most tasks require visiting a store. Some can be done from home. The app shows you the route. Travel time is included in the deadline.

Qubee Ranks

The more you do, the more you earn per task.

Every Qubee starts as a Forager. As you complete tasks and maintain quality, you earn points and climb the hive. Higher ranks unlock higher fees on the same tasks — up to +20% bonus at the top rank.

How points work

You earn points: +10 for each task approved on first try, +5 if approved after one resubmission, +15 bonus for premium tasks (over 100K VND), +20 for completing 5 tasks in one day, +30 for a 7-day active streak.

You lose points: -15 if a task is rejected for low quality or fraud, -5 if you accept a task and do not complete it.

Example: A Forager earning 30,000 VND on a store visit becomes 31,500 VND as Worker Bee, 33,000 VND as Guard Bee, 34,500 VND as Scout Bee, and 36,000 VND as Queen Bee — same task, different rank.

Legal

Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

These terms apply to every person registering as a Qubee. Please read carefully — by registering you confirm you accept all of them.

1. Nature of the Relationship

Qubees are independent contractors, not employees of Qube AI Vietnam. There is no employment relationship, no fixed working hours, no obligation to accept any task, and no guaranteed minimum income. Each task is a separate, voluntary engagement.

2. Acceptance of Tasks

Accepting a task is voluntary. Once a task is accepted, the Qubee commits to attempting completion within the stated deadline. Repeated failure to complete accepted tasks may result in suspension from the platform.

3. Payment Terms

Each task displays the fee before acceptance. The fee is final.
Payment is released only after the task is approved by the AI quality system.
Payment is processed via MoMo wallet within 48 hours of approval.
Tasks rejected for poor quality, fraud, or out-of-radius submissions are not paid.
Qube AI Vietnam reserves the right to investigate suspicious patterns and withhold payment in cases of suspected fraud.

4. Liability and Personal Risk — IMPORTANT

Qubees act entirely at their own risk. Qube AI Vietnam, its directors, employees, and affiliates are not responsible and shall not be held liable for, including but not limited to:

Traffic accidents during travel to or from task locations
Theft, robbery, or loss of phone, vehicle, money, ID, or any other personal property
Injuries of any kind, including those caused by other people, animals, vehicles, or environmental conditions
Damage to personal property including phones, vehicles, and clothing
Conflicts with shop owners, neighbors, or third parties
Legal issues arising from the Qubee's own behavior on or off task
Loss of income from tasks not completed, rejected, or unavailable
Force majeure events including weather, natural disasters, public unrest, or pandemics

The Qubee is responsible for their own safety, insurance, and well-being at all times.

5. Photo and Data Ownership

All photos, videos, audio recordings, text answers, GPS data, and any other data submitted via the Qube App become the exclusive property of Qube AI Vietnam. The Qubee waives any and all rights including but not limited to:

Copyright over the captured material
Right to be identified as the author
Right to control how the material is used, stored, modified, or distributed
Right to compensation beyond the agreed task fee

Qube AI Vietnam may use the captured material for any commercial, analytical, marketing, or research purpose, including sharing with clients, brand partners, and third parties, without further consent or compensation.

6. Conduct Standards

While performing tasks, Qubees must:

Behave respectfully toward shop owners, customers, and the public
Not disclose to anyone (including the shop owner) which brand or company is sponsoring the task
Not damage, alter, move, or interfere with any property in the store
Not consume products without paying
Not attempt to manipulate the GPS or task verification system
Not submit fake, staged, edited, or AI-generated photos
Comply with all Vietnamese laws and regulations

7. Suspension and Termination

Qube AI Vietnam may suspend or permanently remove a Qubee from the platform without prior notice in cases of:

Submission of fraudulent or low-quality work
GPS spoofing or other manipulation
Inappropriate behavior toward third parties
Disclosure of confidential task information
Repeated failure to complete accepted tasks
Violation of any of these Terms

In case of fraud, Qube AI Vietnam may also withhold any unpaid earnings and pursue legal action.

8. Personal Data and Privacy

By registering, the Qubee provides personal information including name, date of birth, ID number, phone number, address, photo, and bank/MoMo details. This data is:

Stored securely on Qube's systems
Used only for Qubee operations, identity verification, fraud prevention, and payment
Never sold to third parties
Shared with payment processors (MoMo) only to the extent necessary for transactions
Retained while the Qubee is active and for up to 5 years after termination for legal and tax compliance

Qubees may request correction or deletion of their data at any time by emailing privacy@qube.ai.vn, subject to legal retention requirements.

9. Modifications to Terms

Qube AI Vietnam reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions. Active Qubees will be notified via the app and/or Zalo. Continued use of the app after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. Any dispute will be resolved through good faith negotiation, and if no resolution is found, through the courts of Ho Chi Minh City.
